Few documents are more important for U.P. communities than those produced to promote adventure, interaction and economic retention. We believe our Explorer’s Map is the leading adventure document for Alger County. By engaging travelers in four seasons of adventure activity we are increasing the potential for return visits to our area.
For example, let’s wager that a group of snowmobile enthusiasts enjoys a great week of riding in our area and decides that a return on the ATV’s is a must. It’s a great combination, but what if one in the group may not be into ATVs, but rather prefers biking, hiking, paddling, or fishing. We’ve covered those bases by wetting the appetite for diverse adventure opportunities; In one document, and supported by this website!!
