The chalet was built in 1987 on Boot Lake Court, 5 miles south of Shingleton, Michigan. This wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath and open loft for extra sleeping room. Beautiful walk-out basement. Less than 1/2 mile to snowmobile and RV trails. Great hunting and fishing as well as sightseeing opportunities. Close to Miners Castle in Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Munising Falls, Pictured Rocks Boat Cruise, Ship wreck diving, glass bottom boat tour, Downtown Shopping and Restaurants.

Once you've been at the Custom Built Chalet, with its large deck and stairs to the lake, you want to come back to experiences all seasons here. Open year around, private, easy access, clean and well maintained. Great for for a family sightseeing excursion, or just right for that private get-a-way.
